219 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read these terms carefully before using the 219 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering or using the 219 platform at https://219.wine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you, the user, and the operator of the 219 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this platform. Continued use of 219 after any changes to the terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The 219 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in Malaysia.
2. Account Registration & Security
To fully access services offered by 219, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed to have only one registered account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide a valid and active Malaysian phone number for identity verification purposes. This information is used to protect your account and ensure the security of financial transactions on the 219 platform.
You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 219 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence in safeguarding login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
- Use strong, unique passwords not used for other accounts.
- Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices.
- Update your account information whenever there are changes to your personal details.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 219 platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree that you will not:
- Using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or system manipulation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage the technical or security systems of the 219 platform.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission.
- Abuse bonuses, promotions or offers in ways that violate the specified conditions.
- Sharing or reselling your account access to third parties.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
219 reserves the right to investigate any activities suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate actions including suspending access, canceling transactions or permanently closing accounts without prior notice if abuse is confirmed.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 219 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via various local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other online banking options listed during the deposit process.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified depending on the payment method used. 219 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers or third-party banking institutions.
Withdrawals are subject to mandatory identity verification which must be completed before requests are approved. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are stated in your account section after logging in. All withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for deposits, except under circumstances requiring further review.
Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegal means, fraud or term violations will be blocked and reported to relevant authorities if necessary.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 219 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, cyber-attacks or force majeure events. The 219 platform is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or accuracy of information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 219 platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other visual elements are exclusive property of 219 and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or reuse any platform content without prior written permission from 219.
Third-Party Links
The 219 platform may contain references to third-party services. 219 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
219 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time if there is a breach of terms, fraudulent activities, multiple accounts by the same user, bonus abuse or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or other users. If accounts are closed for these reasons, any funds subject to unmet rollover requirements will not be refunded. Eligible balances may be processed for withdrawal pending full investigation and approval by the 219 team.
Changes to Terms
219 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will first be resolved through genuine negotiations. If no resolution can be reached, parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Malaysia.
